1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Works With Agents is operated by Vilius Vystartas, trading as Works With Agents, a UK sole trader. A postal address is available on request. We provide fixed-scope software engineering services: production readiness reviews and remediation work agreed in advance.

These terms govern use of this website. They are not the terms of an engagement. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement and a statement of work signed by both parties, which sets out scope, deliverables, acceptance, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, and payment.

2. No engagement until it is agreed in writing

Enquiring through this site does not create a contract or a professional relationship, and does not oblige either party to proceed. Prices shown are indicative for a typical engagement of the scope described and are confirmed in a statement of work before any work begins.

3. Information on this site

The reviews, checklists, and technical writing published here are provided for information. They describe engineering practice and our reading of published regulatory obligations. They are not legal advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified adviser about your circumstances.

Where we publish a review of our own systems, it describes those systems at the date stated. It is not a representation about any other system.

4. The demonstration application

The application behind sign-in is a demonstration of our engineering, not a product offered for sale or subscription. Access may be changed or withdrawn at any time, no availability is promised, and it must not be used to process personal data or anything you would mind losing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this site or the demonstration for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or test the security of our systems without our written permission.
• Copy the published material and present it as your own work.

Security research is welcome. Contact us first at [email protected] and we will agree scope.

6. Intellectual property

Material published on this site remains ours. You may quote it with attribution. Ownership of anything produced during a paid engagement is dealt with in that engagement's agreement, not here.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, this site and the demonstration are provided without warranty, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the engagement agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
